Thoughts on the game ive spent a year perfecting
I am now, at the tail end of July, finally happy with the state the game is in. Its taken over a year of work, one iteration after the other, but its been very rewarding. I believe this game has potential to make a big impact in the osr fantasy ttrpg world. If i had to feature one thing i am most proud of, it would be its combination of simplicity and depth, two design ideas that often oppose each other, but ive managed to make the game smooth to play whilst retaining lots of nuanced choices and consequenses, careful to avoid bloat or complexity. Ive tried to burn the game down to its essence and polish that core well. I am proud of where It is today, and anxious to see how far it can go. My hope is that it will provide folk with an endless ammount of memorable stories.
